• Linen: white table linens and choice of napkins. (green, white, or black)
• Tables: gift table, registration table, memorial table and cake table. Table numbers are also available upon request. 
• Dishes, flatware, and glassware.
• Stage: Prices are available upon request.

Audio/Visual

• One podium with microphone; in-house sound system.
• Projector/screen available for rent (Exeter Room Only).

Catering

• Choice of buffet or plated menu options, as well as a variety of late-lunch selections from our award-winning chef James McFarland.
• Bartenders and alcohol. (must be provided b Marquis Events Centre)
